Everyone has a question about something. And that is fine with us. Here are some frequently asked questions. Think we should add another to this list? Let us know and we just might. If you don’t get a hold of us immediately, sit tight. We strive to return all calls and emails with 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours over the weekend.
Does membership come with an orientation?
Gym membership comes with an introduction of the facilities. For an assessment and a full personal workout routine created specifically for your needs we recomend a Jump Start Program.
Are there towels?
Yes there are towels for all gym members and day pass users.
Do you have showers?
Yes we have showers for members and guests.
Where can I park?
There is plenty of street parking in front of the gym on 30th.
Can my son or daughter work out with me?
Kids 12 and older can work out at the gym if their parents are working out with them. With approval from the gym staff teenagers 15 and up can work out on their own.
Do you have wifi?
Yes we have wifi available for all members and guests.
Can a trainer create a custom workout plan for me?
Yes, our trainers can create a workout plan that meets your specific needs.
