Jump Start Your Fitness Goals
The South Park Fitness Jump Start Program is three personal training sessions where a personal trainer will assess your specific health needs and goals and create a unique workout routine for you. The Jump Start Program is by appointment only.
At South Park Fitness we have many choices in cardio workouts. We maintain all of our equipment to be clean and accessible. We are a small gym and you rarely have to wait in line to use equipment.
A strong core and abdominal strength helps prevent injuries, improves posture, and gives a sense of balance, and integration and is a foundation for all other forms of exercise. A strong core is essential when executing weight bearing exercises and is a crucial element of injury prevention.
Rather than snacking, drink plenty of water. Water helps with your muscle recovery and makes your skin beautiful. Many people are very dehydrated, especially in the summer. Choose nutrient dense foods and stay away from the processed stuff. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and high quality proteins are all you need.

Circuit workouts are designed to get the blood pumping by alternating exertion between upper and lower body. If you keep switching, your blood will keep moving and eventually get your heart rate up. This type of exercise will help people lean out and build some muscle at the same time.
