jump start program
We have a Jump Start Program that gives a client three personal training sessions designed specifically with their goals in mind. It teaches what kind of workout would be best and how to perform proper techniques. After the first three sessions, members receive a written workout that they can do on their own. It is only necessary to check back in with a trainer when questions come up.

Some of our clients have lower back pain, a work or sports injury, or a specific strength training or weight loss goal. At South Park Fitness we can work to design an optimal program for you by taking your particular requirements into consideration.

Do you travel for work? Do you have young children at home? Most of us have specific life styles that need to be realistically accomodated if we are going to create a plan that we will stick to.

After your Jump Start Program has been completed and you are in a fitness rhythm, one of our trainers can schedule periodic check-in sessions to adapt your training routines and or create new workouts.

At South Park Fitness we have a balanced approach to weight loss which focuses on building core strength, endurance, cardio vascular strength and healthy life style habits that will make looking your best easy.
Cardio
At South Park Fitness we have many choices in cardio workouts. We maintain all of our equipment to be clean and accessible. We are a small gym and you rarely have to wait in line to use equipment.
Circut training
“Circuit workouts are designed to get the blood pumping. First we work the upper body and get all the blood rushing there. Then for the very next exercise, we go to your lower body and the blood rushes down there. If you keep switching, your blood will keep moving and eventually get your heart rate up. Some cardio exercises will be included between sets as well. This type of exercise will help people lean out and build some muscle at the same time.”

Jump Start Program
The South Park Fitness Jump Start Program is three personal training sessions where a personal trainer will assess your specific health needs and goals and create a unique workout routine for you. The Jump Start Program is by appointment only.
Outside Workout Area
Enjoy our sunny Southern California weather and take your workout into our backyard. Perhaps it is a stretch before your workout or a kettlebell session. Join us at South Park Fitness for a workout and then relax for a moment outside and catch some Vitamin D.
